The Daily Meditation is a daily email by Fr. Ninos Oshaana which includes the Orthodox Christian scripture readings of the day along with a commentary on their meaning based on the writings of the Church Fathers. Also included are the saints of the day, a bible memory verse and a daily act of kindness. The Daily Meditation is also available as an audio podcast.
